Job descriptionHelp clients identify top investment properties and development opportunities. Guide clients through complex commercial real estate transactions using your market expertise. Build and maintain a network of professional relationships to foster long-term success. Stay informed about market trends and opportunities to provide valuable insights to clients. A valid real estate license (or the motivation and ability to obtain one with our support). Proven sales skills and a passion for building strong business relationships. Knowledge of the local market or a strong desire to become an expert. A self-motivated individual eager to thrive in a results-driven environment. Industry-Leading Training & Mentorship : Receive hands-on training, one-on-one coaching, and ongoing support to help you excel. Comprehensive Administrative Support : Focus on sales while we handle the marketing, social media, and back-end operations. Collaborative Culture : Be part of a supportive and dynamic team dedicated to your success. Enter and update lead data in CRM Use email templates and texting tools for client communication Track and organize tasks and appointments for agents Assist in setting up calendar appointments for buyers and sellers Support team by maintaining organized client workflows Monitor lead response times and report follow-up outcomes Basic proficiency with computers and CRM systems Real Estate License or working toward licensure Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Ability to follow standard procedures and timelines Independent worker who can manage multiple tasks
