The Furniture Warehouse has 6 store locations along Florida's gulf coast and a corporate headquarters in Sarasota, FL. Our 20,000 sq. ft. showrooms offer great pricing, and we do a lot of advertising with TV, newspapers, direct mail and social media.

We are currently looking for a reliable and energetic full-time Delivery Driver with Furniture Delivery EXPERIENCE . A CDL is not required for this position. Come be part of the growing team! MUST have prior DELIVERY EXPERIENCE to be considered, a CLEAN DRIVING RECORD and pass a BACKGROUND CHECK. Training pay is $16 / HOUR

Primary Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections of vehicle before departing to deliver goods
• Deliver orders to customers on assigned routes
• Assemble and set up furniture for the customers
• Maintain ongoing communication with route dispatcher
• Communicate with the customer service team as needed regarding concerns with delivered furniture
• Review deliveries with customers to ensure products meet their needs
• Obtain delivery confirmations from each customer
• Unload furniture from delivery truck
• Comply with all safety regulations established by company
• Other duties as assigned
