Ohio Licensed Agency Supervisor

A company is looking for a Supervisor, Agency Development, Licensing & Support.

Key Responsibilities

Supervises Agency Support and Licensing teams, managing performance and fostering a high-performance culture

Implements onboarding processes and ensures compliance with licensing and appointment requirements

Leads continuous improvement initiatives and manages third-party product portfolio execution

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience

7 years of relevant experience, with at least 3 years in a health insurance or operations role

Health Insurance License preferred

Strong supervisory skills and business acumen

In-depth knowledge of health insurance industry practices and licensing procedures
