Sales & Membership Support Associate

As our Sales & Membership Support Associate, you'll play a key role in helping prospective members discover the value of MDS and guiding them through the application process. You'll conduct discovery calls, follow up with leads, support events and tradeshows, and help execute marketing campaigns aimed at growing our membership. You'll manage data in our CRM, track prospects, and provide insights to improve our outreach and conversion efforts. The goal of this role is to support the membership and marketing teams in building strong relationships, increasing membership, and ensuring a smooth, positive experience for every prospective member.
