Job Title : Rigger

Job Description

The purpose of this position is to assemble parts and utilize hand tools to put the finishing touches on boat trailers by installing the add-ons and accessories such as lighting, non-skid mat, fenders, wheels, tires, boards, winch, and jack.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and install large and small parts.
• Use measuring tapes and combination squares to position, align, and secure parts.
• Operate hand tools to secure bolts, screws, and parts.
• Examine workpieces for defects, blemishes, and quality; notify supervisor of any concerns and perform repairs as needed.
• Sign off on completed work orders and quality of work.
• Maintain, organize, and clean workstation and equipment.
• Be an inspiring example of the company’s mission by consistently providing quality results.
• Ensure all actions are in compliance with rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Complete other duties and cross-training activities as assigned.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Maryville, Tennessee.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.23 - $18.23 / hr.
