OPERATIONAL MANAGER / DIRECTOR needed in Kenner, LA and servicing New Orleans and the surrounding areas.

Landscaping services company is rapidly growing and seeking a hands-on operations leader to bring structure and scalability to our field and office operations. With solid systems and strong crews already in place, this role will drive process improvement, team performance, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead daily scheduling, job progress, and team accountability
• Build and motivate high-performing teams
• Streamline workflows for billing, scheduling, and quality control
• Ensure top-tier customer service and fast problem resolution
• Support growth through acquisition integration and operational scaling

What We're Looking For :

$87,000 to $120,000 depending on experience and tenure. Added benefits given at hire stage.
