a leader in machine tool sales, service, and automation integration since 1968.Were looking for a skilled CNC Maintenance Technician with deep knowledge of Swiss-style CNC machines to support customers with maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of advanced production equipment.What Youll DoDiagnose, repair, and maintain a variety of CNC machines with a focus on Swiss-style machine tools.Machine installations and setupPerform adjustments and repairs of spindles, drives, slides, hydraulic systems, electronic controls, electrical peripherals, and other itemsTroubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systemsCalibrate, adjust, and replace components to ensure precise machine performanceMaintain detailed service records and communicate findings with customers and internal teamsWhat You Bring3 or more years maintaining and repairing Swiss-style CNC machines or precision CNC lathesStrong understanding of servo systems, ball screws, spindles, and control systems (Fanuc experience preferred)Technical training or certification in mechatronics, electro-mechanical systems, automation, robotics, industrial maintenance, fluid power, etcAbility to read and interpret electrical and mechanical schematicsExcellent problem-solving and customer service skillsWillingness to travel locally to customer sites, with 4-6 overnights per monthCompensation and Benefits$30 - $39 / hour DOE, plus incentivesFull-time, Monday
