The Assistant Controller supports the Controller in managing and supporting all accounting and financial reporting functions across multiple properties within the organization. This includes maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, overseeing accounting staff, ensuring compliance with internal controls, and supporting operational departments with financial analysis. The role requires strong knowledge of accounting, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
