Royal Vista Veterinary Specialists is looking for a Lead Emergency Veterinary Technician to join our team as part of the Thrive Pet Healthcare community.

About You
This role is responsible for leading and maintaining a technical staff that embodies the core values of Empathy, Service, Accountability, Team, Exploration, and Joy. The position oversees the training, performance, scheduling, and evaluation of technical staff within specialty departments. Additionally, you’ll serve as the primary point of contact for all technical inquiries, concerns, and issues—both on and off premises—related to specialty departments. As a full-time, salaried, exempt position, you’ll report directly to the Practice Manager.

We specialize in urgent care, internal medicine, oncology, and surgery. We also offer mobile veterinary surgery services through Front Range Mobile Surgical Specialists. Our highly-trained team of emergency veterinarians, technicians, and support staff are here for you 24 hours a day, every day of the year. Through Front Range Mobile Surgical Specialists, we serve as an extension of the primary veterinarian’s practice by offering specialized surgical services in an environment that is familiar to you and your pet.

Compensation negotiable based on credentials and experience with an hourly pay rate starting at $30 - 36 / hour. The actual rate offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
