What You’ll Do : Groundswell is looking for experienced Technical Delivery Managers to provide integrated architecture support for delivery teams, drive implementation success, and act as a trusted advisor to clients. You will mentor delivery teams on best practices for advanced technical solutions and platform design, and implement internal processes and tools to improve efficiencies.

Our Appian practice is led by Appian alumni with decades of experience delivering mission-critical Appian solutions at scale, leveraging our award-winning solutions, component libraries, and foundations. You will team up with a diverse, enthusiastic, multi-disciplinary team of creative minds.
What You’ll Be Working On
- Guide clients on architecture design, integration, scalability, configuration management, DevSecOps, and other program initiatives as needed to drive technical success
- Work with client enterprise architecture teams to design and deliver solutions that fit their unique needs and ecosystems
- Guide implementation teams through complex technical solutions with Appian and tangential technologies
- Support pre-sales activities to close new business - scope / level of efforts, respond to proposals, prepare SOWs, advise on project approaches, and present methodologies
- Evaluate emerging or incumbent technologies for value and fit in client or back-office implementations
- Create and document implementation best practices as well as knowledge base articles for internal enablement
- Provide thought leadership on process improvement and delivery practices
- Support internal solutions, infrastructure, and tools
- Mentorship, training, and enablement of resources
How You’ll Excel In Your Role
5+ years of experience with Appian solutions5+ years of related IT experienceBachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, Systems Engineering, or related areaStrong experience with Agile deliveryStrong integration (data, reporting, etc.) design and development skillsExperience evaluating and resolving issues found during system security testingExperience with PaaS / SaaS configuration and support processesExperience in network infrastructure concepts and troubleshooting techniquesStrong communication skills and ability to convey complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner, both verbally and written; active listening skills to gather key information from internal and external partners; analytical and strategic foresightStrong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to work in a high-paced environment, multi-task (prioritize and manage), and work both independently and as a team (team-building skills including courtesy, professionalism, and a “do whatever it takes attitude”)This is a hybrid position (on-site McLean VA / remote)Experience Working In The Following Technologies Required

A reasonable estimate of the current range is : $103,968.00 - $184,049.00
