What You'll Do

Groundswell is looking for experienced Technical Delivery Managers to provide integrated architecture support for our delivery teams, drive implementation success, and act as a trusted advisor to our clients. Technical Delivery Managers help scale our business by providing expert guidance on solution delivery and integrating cutting-edge Appian solutions into our clients\' architecture. They will mentor our delivery teams on best practices for advanced technical solutions and platform design and implement internal processes and tools to improve the efficiencies of the business.

Our Appian practice is led by Appian alumni with decades of total experience delivering mission-critical Appian solutions at scale, leveraging our award-winning solutions, component libraries, and foundations. Every day, you\'ll be teaming up with a diverse, enthusiastic, multi-disciplinary team of creative minds with a smart sense of humor.

What You'll Be Working On

• Guide clients on architecture design, integration, scalability, configuration management, DevSecOps, and other program initiatives as needed to drive technical success
• Work with client enterprise architecture teams to design and deliver solutions that fit their unique needs and ecosystems
• Guide implementation teams through complex technical solutions with Appian and tangential technologies
• Support pre-sales activities to close new business - scope / level of efforts, respond to proposals, prepare SOWs, advise on project approaches, and present methodologies
• Evaluate emerging or incumbent technologies for value and fit in client or back-office implementations
• Create and document implementation best practices as well as knowledge base articles for internal enablement
• Provide thought leadership on process improvement and delivery practices
• Support internal solutions, infrastructure, and tools
• Mentorship, training, and enablement of resources

The salary range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Groundswell, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is :

$103,968.00 - $184,049.00
