Payroll Manager - International

A company is looking for a Payroll Manager to lead their global payroll function across multiple countries and jurisdictions.

Key Responsibilities :

Oversee end-to-end payroll operations using third-party vendors and outsourced payroll service providers

Administer U.S. payroll and coordinate with global payroll partners for accurate processing

Manage compliance with payroll regulations, including audits and tax reporting for equity compensation

Requirements :

10+ years of payroll experience, including international payroll and working with EORs

Strong knowledge of U.S. federal and state payroll tax laws

Proven experience leading 401(k) and workers' compensation audits

Hands-on experience with Paylocity, Fidelity, and NetSuite

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field; CPP certification is a plus
