Essential Functions and Responsibilities include :

• Maintain a friendly, cheerful, and courteous demeanor at all times, providing personalized service to hotel guests.
• Communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Be proficient in all Housekeeping systems and processes.
• Direct the housekeeping team and liaise between the team and General Manager.
• Clean guestrooms to DKN Hotels' standards.
• Follow hotel policies for room amenities.
• Handle items left in guestrooms according to Lost & Found procedures.
• Maintain security of checked-out keys; never leave property with a key.
• Report maintenance issues requiring immediate attention.
• Assist other team members and departments to enhance overall performance.
• Deliver the "Home Away From Home" experience.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Supervisory Responsibility : Supervise the housekeeping team.

Independent Judgment : Operate within management guidelines and hotel policies.

Working Conditions : Indoor guestrooms, hallways, storage rooms, and exterior property access, using approved cleaning agents.

Knowledge / Education / Experience : At least 2 years hotel housekeeping experience; supervisory experience preferred.

Skills / Abilities : Bilingual, knowledge of cleaning chemicals, supervision, organization, delegation, dependability.

Physical Requirements : Frequent walking, bending, lifting up to 20 lbs, exposure to cleaning agents.
