Position: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)Department: Nursing
Reports To: Charge Nurse, Unit Nurse Manager, ADON, or DON
Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time / PRN
Job Responsibilities: - Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
- Provide safe transfers and positioning in beds, wheelchairs, and lifts.
- Support residents with meal services, including feeding assistance and documentation.
- Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions to nursing staff.
- Maintain accurate records of resident care, meal intake, and weight tracking.
- Follow infection control protocols and ensure resident safety at all times.
- Promote dignity, respect, and quality of life for residents.
Requirements: •
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in good standing with the state.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Current
CPR/BLS Certification.
• Minimum
1 year of CNA experience in long-term care preferred.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift/move at least
35 lbs and perform physical tasks as required.
