Group Insurance Client Concierge

A company is looking for a Group Insurance Client Concierge to provide high-touch service and support in the life claims process.

Key Responsibilities :

Act as the primary point of contact for Advocate teammates and beneficiaries regarding life claims

Facilitate claim processes and support the Waiver of Premium process for current teammates

Coordinate and resolve escalated claim and service issues, ensuring a seamless client experience

Required Qualifications :

Proven experience in client service or life insurance claims

Strong knowledge of life insurance products and standard operating procedures

Experience managing escalations and implementing process improvements

Proficiency with CRM systems and reporting tools

Ability to assess situations quickly and devise effective solutions
