We craft naturally leavened breads and pastries by hand, with no preservatives, no shortcuts, just time, patience, and skill. From golden, crusty loaves to delicate pastries, everything we bake reflects a respect for tradition and a love of simple food.

We are seeking an Artisan Bread Baker to join our morning bread production team. This role is ideal for someone who loves the early rhythm of baking, has a passion for fermentation and dough development, and takes pride in producing high-quality breads for our retail bakeries, restaurants, and wholesale partners.

What You’ll Do

• Work closely with the Head Artisan Baker to execute daily bakery production with precision, consistency, and teamwork.
• Prepare, shape, and bake a variety of artisan breads and pastries with consistency and attention to detail.
• Mix and develop doughs following precise fermentation schedules.
• Manage baking according to specified times and temperatures to achieve ideal crust and crumb.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace.
• Assist with recipe testing, product improvement, and any additional tasks as directed by the Chefs.
