We are looking for a driven Inside Sales Representative to join our growing sales team and help us expand our footprint with both existing and new customers.
Responsibilities include
- Manage and grow a portfolio of existing accounts by providing exceptional service, timely follow-ups, and accurate order processing.
- Develop new business opportunities through outbound calls, digital outreach, and lead nurturing.
- Collaborate with Outside Sales and Customer Service teams to ensure smooth order flow and customer satisfaction.
- Interact regularly with plant managers and buyers to make sure customer needs are understood and fulfilled on time.
- Prepare and present product quotes, proposals, and pricing based on customer requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activity, and pipeline management in our CRM / ERP (Acumatica).
- Stay current on West Wood’s product lines, production capabilities, lead times, and industry trends.
- Partner with operations and logistics teams to track orders, resolve issues, and meet delivery commitments.
- Participate in 1–2 trade shows per year to represent West Wood Products, meet with customers, and develop new leads.
Qualifications
2+ years of inside sales, account management, or customer service experience (manufacturing or building materials industry preferred).Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with a customer-first mindset.Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.Comfortable using ERP / CRM systems (experience with Acumatica is a plus).Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.Team player who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.What We Offer
