Job description

Our clients are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Temporary Office Coordinators to ensure smooth daily operations of the office. This role is essential in providing a professional and welcoming experience, supporting administrative needs, and assisting with office maintenance and logistics.

Roles are onsite 5 days a week in San Francisco.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Answer and route incoming calls professionally
  • Greet visitors and ensure a positive guest experience
  • Validate guest parking as needed
  • Export and manage Excel reports for client and internal data
  • Coordinate meetings and assisting with calendar scheduling
  • Assist with mail handling
  • Prepare and drop off outgoing packages as needed
  • Monitor and restock office supplies
  • Handle miscellaneous on-site requests and alert the appropriate team regarding maintenance issues
  • Support with on-site document binding
