Job descriptionConsult with doctor regarding patient symptoms to assure proper diagnosis and plan of treatment. Full benefits eligibility, including 401(k), Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, and more Relocation, CME & professional related expenses reimbursement Malpractice coverage provided Flexible scheduling Office hours : Monday - Friday 8 : 00 AM - 4 : 30 PM Excellent Paid Time off Tennessee is an income tax free state 60 Primary Care Physicians, 39 Specialists, 60 Hospitalists, 6 Neurohospitalists 95 Advanced Practice Providers 61 Clinics within a 75-mile radius of Chattanooga Specialties include : Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Breast Surgical Oncology, Endocrinology, Gynecology, Infectious Disease, Integrative Medicine, General & Laparoscopic Surgery, Geriatrics, Metabolic & Weight Loss Surgery, Neurology, Neurosurgery, Pediatrics, Pulmonology, Rheumatology, Thoracic Surgery, Urology, and Vascular Surgery Master's degree in nursing training Program 1-3 years previous experience in acute care or primary care setting or Equivalent RN experience Certified Nurse Practitioner, Certificate of fitness through American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, Licensed as an RN in the state of TN, and Licensed as a CRNP in state of TN, required, or State PA License required AHA BLS required

Position Responsibilities
Obtain medical histories when necessary.
Perform physical exams (within established protocol).
Diagnose, treat and monitor chronic diseases (within protocol guidelines).
Order diagnostic tests.
Prescribe or recommend medications for treatment (within protocol guidelines).
- Assist providers with clinic procedures and consults as necessary.
Maintain patient’s privacy and confidentiality.
Make follow-up calls to check patient progress.
