Job descriptionFully engage in a comprehensive program aimed at developing your ability to provide holistic financial advice. Participate in discussions, goal-setting sessions, and evaluations. Gain direct sales experience by marketing Individual Insurance products and successfully passing a sales competency test. Develop and maintain essential prospecting skills through networking, research, and effective communication. Deeply understand our product offerings and demonstrate expertise in their features and benefits. Manage proposals and paperwork effectively, ensuring a seamless application and underwriting process. Commitment to meeting all trainee program requirements essential for success. Ability to obtain necessary insurance licenses prior to starting, with two attempts allowed for the Life and Health exam. Pass the CRD / FINRA background check upon hire and ongoing; securities licensing is required within 24 months of entering the program. Exhibit high self-motivation and results orientation, thriving both independently and in a team environment. Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time, maintain a valid U.S. driver's license, and have reliable transportation for meetings and appointments. Embrace and promote a culture of diversity and inclusion, valuing varied ideas and opinions. Knowledge of the Insurance / Financial Services industry and products. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred but not mandatory.
