Who you are : You connect naturally with educators bring a steady positive presence and love helping adults learn. Youre self-motivated comfortable working remotely and energized by learning new approaches and sharing them in a way that feels practical and real.

Background that shines here : Experience as a principal teacher instructional coach trainer consultant or professor translates beautifully to this work. We value people who take ownership collaborate smoothly and welcome feedback as a tool to keep getting better.

What youll do : As an independent contractor youll customize and deliver evidence-based instructional practices using your own presentation style while staying aligned to our content and outcomes. Youll model classroom-ready techniques guide meaningful conversation and help educators take strategies from good idea to ready to use.

What matters to us : A bachelors degree (or higher) and a genuine passion for training educators in innovative research-aligned practices. Familiarity with the spirit of professional learning (job-embedded collaborative data-informed) is a plus.

The work style : Remote and project-based. Earnings vary based on individual effort business experience diligence and leadership.
