Software Development Manager - Voice

Why We Have This Role

The Qualtrics CX Engineering is seeking a Software Development Manager to lead its Voice team. The Voice team builds the services and tools that load and transcribe over 1M calls per day across hundreds of customers. These tools run entirely at AWS using Kubernetes, Dynamo, SQS / SNS, RDS, DocumentDB, and a variety of other technologies.  We are seeking a leader for this team who will accelerate Qualtrics' ability to scale across data volumes, data centers, spoken languages, and user audiences.

For full-time positions, this pay range is for base per year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, education, skills, and experience. A sign-on bonus and restricted stock units may be included in an employment offer, in addition to a range of medical, financial, and other benefits, based on eligibility criteria.
