What You'll Do!

As a Sign Holder / Sign Twirler, you'll be the face of our brand in the community. Your role is to capture attention, drive store visibility, and represent our company in a professional and positive way all while staying compliant with cannabis advertising regulations.

Job Responsibilities

  • Hold, display, or twirl company signage outside of the facility in compliance with all state and local cannabis advertising regulations.
  • Maintain a professional, friendly, and approachable demeanor while promoting store visibility to passing traffic and pedestrians.
  • Follow all safety protocols while stationed outdoors, including hydration, weather safety, and appropriate attire.
  • Ensure signage is always clean, in good condition, and visible.
  • Engage passersby with enthusiasm and energy, while never making false claims or providing product-specific information (compliance requirement).
  • Assist with setup and breakdown of signage displays as needed.
  • Traveling to different store locations may be required to support promotional needs.

Education & Qualifications

  • Must be at least 21 years of age (per cannabis industry requirements).
  • Ability to stand outdoors for extended periods in varying weather conditions.
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and positive attitude.
  • Ability to follow directions, work independently, and manage time effectively.
  • Prior promotional, customer service, or brand ambassador experience preferred (not required).
  • Familiarity with cannabis advertising restrictions a plus (training provided).
  • Reliable transportation to travel between different store locations if needed.

    • Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand, walk, and hold / twirl signage outdoors for 4-6 hours at a time.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs (signage, promotional equipment).
  • Tolerance for working in varying weather conditions (heat, cold, wind, rain, etc.)-protective gear provided.
  • Regular repetitive movements (holding, lifting, and spinning signs).
