A well-established consumer-focused organization is seeking a Digital Analytics Lead to lead strategic data initiatives and drive digital transformation. This is a full-time, onsite role based in Idaho Falls, with relocation support provided for the right candidate.
What You'll Do :
- Lead digital business analysis across web platforms, driving customer growth, retention, and conversion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Product, IT, Supply Chain) to deliver data-driven insights.
- Manage reporting tools and dashboards using SQL, Power BI, Google Looker Studio, and more.
- Develop innovative measurement tools and reporting strategies to optimize digital performance.
- Own customer satisfaction analytics and drive improvements across digital channels.
- Expand the data ecosystem to support personalization, A / B testing, and machine learning initiatives.
