Key Responsibilities
Manage post-sales relationships with clients to ensure their success and growth
Act as the strategic point of contact for clients, identifying opportunities and building loyalty
Conduct regular check-ins and strategic reviews to align services with client business goals
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience as a Creative Director, Project Manager, or Account Manager in relevant settings
Fluency in English
Strong commercial acumen with a proactive, sales-oriented mindset
Highly organized and able to thrive in fast-paced environments
Familiarity with tools like HubSpot
