Role Overview
This position is a key contributor to driving operational excellence and embedding a culture of continuous improvement across the organization. The individual will lead strategic initiatives using Lean Six Sigma methodologies, mentor project teams, support site-level improvement efforts, and apply data-driven insights to enhance performance and deliver sustainable results.
Key Responsibilities
- Operational Framework Deployment : Assist sites in implementing a standardized operating model aligned with organizational objectives, ensuring consistent execution.
- Safety Leadership : Champion a safety-first culture by initiating programs that improve practices and outcomes across operations.
- Performance Measurement : Define and monitor KPIs to evaluate project success, providing actionable insights and progress updates to stakeholders.
- Process Optimization : Lead Lean Six Sigma projects focused on reducing inefficiencies, improving quality, and enhancing productivity.
- Equipment Performance : Apply tools and strategies to maximize Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) at the site level.
- Data & Reporting Excellence : Streamline reporting processes and improve data integrity using Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with plant teams, engineers, and leadership to identify and implement cost, quality, and operational improvements.
- Capability Development : Deliver training on CI tools and techniques, including Green Belt certification, root cause analysis, and risk assessment.
- Mentorship : Coach Green Belt candidates and project teams to ensure successful outcomes and skill advancement.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in engineering, STEM, business, or related field (preferred)Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification (required)Strong communication and influencing skillsProficiency with analytical tools (e.g., Minitab, Power BI, ERP systems)Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
