As our practice expands, we’re seeking a Remote Online Chat Support Representative to provide professional, friendly, and efficient online communication with both new and existing patients.
The Online Chat Support Representative is responsible for handling real-time inquiries via the practice’s website chat, social media, and other online platforms. This role ensures that patients receive timely, accurate, and empathetic responses while helping to schedule appointments, provide information about services, and support patient engagement.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to incoming chat messages, website inquiries, and social media messages.
- Provide accurate information about dental services, office policies, and appointment availability.
- Schedule and confirm appointments through the practice management system.
- Assist potential patients with understanding treatment options and directing them to the right resources.
- Coordinate with in-office staff to follow up on patient requests or concerns.
- Escalate clinical or sensitive inquiries to the appropriate team member.
- Maintain records of all chat interactions and outcomes.
- Monitor chat performance metrics (response time, satisfaction rate, lead conversion).
- Represent Concierge Dental Group with professionalism, empathy, and clarity.
Qualifications
Previous experience in customer support, live chat, or virtual assistant roles (dental or medical field preferred).Strong written communication and grammar skills.Ability to multitask across multiple chat windows and platforms.Experience with CRM systems or dental practice software (e.g., Dentrix, Open Dental, NexHealth) preferred.Tech-savvy, organized, and comfortable working independently.Reliable computer, high-speed internet, and a quiet, professional workspace.Understanding of HIPAA compliance and patient privacy protocols.
