Master Level Treatment Therapist

is a mental health professional holding a Master's degree in a field like counseling, social work, or psychology. They are responsible for providing therapy and support to individuals, couples, families, or groups dealing with mental health concerns, emotional challenges, and behavioral issues. This particular position with work with a group of children from the age of 5-17 with behavioral issues and or a mental health diagnosis.

Key Responsibilities & Duties :

Assessment and Diagnosis :

Conducting comprehensive behavioral health assessments to clarify diagnoses and determine treatment needs.

Treatment Planning :

Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the client and, as appropriate, other healthcare professionals.

Therapeutic Interventions :

Applying psychotherapeutic techniques and interventions to treat diagnosed emotional and behavioral disorders. This can include various modalities like individual, family, and group therapy.

Progress Monitoring and Documentation :

Performing ongoing monitoring of client progress, measuring the effectiveness of interventions, and modifying treatment plans as needed. Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of therapy services provided in accordance with facility and professional standards.

Collaboration and Coordination :

Participating in treatment team meetings and collaborating with other staff to facilitate services for the patient. This includes liaising with family members, community agencies, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

Case Management :

Managing a caseload as assigned. May perform case management, discharge or after care planning as needed.

Job Type : Part-time

Pay : $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
