As an inside sales representative, you'll play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence and helping homeowners make their homes more energy efficient. You are not just a representative; you're the first point of contact that customers have with Synergy Companies.

Key Responsibilities :

• Prospective Client Outreach : Identify and prioritize potential customers who can benefit from our range of energy-saving products and services through outreach calls.
• Educate and Inform : Provide potential customers with information on the benefits of our solutions, helping them make informed decisions and creating a positive first impression.
• Appointment Setting : Schedule appointments for our class A sales team to conduct in-home energy assessments and provide tailed solutions

Compensation and Benefits :

The first year's earnings potential ranges from $45,000 -85,000 (OTE), Varying based on performance with uncapped commissions.
