We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide school-based behavioral support for students in Okanogan, WA. This is an excellent opportunity to apply your expertise in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) while helping students on the autism spectrum and those with other developmental or behavioral needs achieve success. Job Responsibilities :
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
- Provide direct and indirect support to students to address behavioral, social, and emotional needs
- Train, supervise, and support behavioral staff, teachers, and paraprofessionals in the implementation of ABA strategies
- Collect, monitor, and analyze data to assess progress and adjust interventions as needed
- Collaborate with IEP teams, administrators, and families to ensure student success in both academic and functional areas
- Maintain compliance with ethical standards and state / federal guidelines for special education services
Requirements
Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Education, Psychology, or related fieldCurrent certification as a BCBA through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)State licensure (if required)Minimum of 1 year of school-based or pediatric experience preferredStrong communication, leadership, and organizational skillsBenefits
