Community Manager
The Community Manager oversees all operations of a housing community under the supervision of a Regional Manager. Responsibilities include personnel, leasing, maintenance, financial, administration, risk management, and compliance with safety and fair housing guidelines.

Physical Requirements
The role demands regular communication, repetitive motions involving wrists, hands, or fingers, and the ability to work overtime, weekends, and nights during emergencies. Physical tasks include standing or sitting for prolonged periods, moving between work sites, ascending / descending ladders or stairs, operating machinery and power tools, lifting objects up to 25 lbs., and working in various environmental conditions (indoor, outdoor, confined spaces).
License & Equipment
Reliable transportation is required to meet the emergency on‑call requirement.
Salary Range
$85,000 per year to $95,000 per year.
