Volt is immediately hiring a  CAM Programmer  in  Portland, OR.

As a  CAM Programmer  you will :

• Program CNC machines using G-code, M-code, and CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, Fusion 360, SolidCAM).
• Interpret technical drawings and blueprints to determine machining requirements.
• Set up and test programs on CNC machines to verify accuracy and efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and optimize machining processes to reduce cycle time and improve quality.
• Maintain documentation of programs, revisions, and tooling instructions.
• Collaborate with engineers and machinists to refine designs and ensure manufacturability.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality control procedures

This is a  full-time  opportunity.

The ideal candidate will have :

Pay Range :   $25 - $32 per hour.
