Base salary : $60,000 to $70,000 per year, paid semi-monthly

Must have :

• Experience in SMS marketing platforms such as Attentive, Postscript, or Klaviyo with a proven ability to build, deploy, and optimize SMS campaigns
• Understanding of key direct response metrics : CTR, conversion rate, ROI / margin; data-driven mindset
• Detail-oriented with strong execution and QA skills across multiple messages, offers, and flows
• Creative thinker with the ability to test, iterate, and learn from results quickly
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; collaborative, coachable, and ready to work on-site at our HQ in Delray Beach, FL

Experience :

Minimum 12 years of experience in digital marketing, lifecycle marketing, or SMS campaign execution in a performance-driven or eCommerce setting

Your role :

Increase revenue and margin by managing and optimizing SMS and push messaging campaigns across high-impact brands, driving measurable results through performance-focused experimentation.

Base salary is set according to market rates for the nearest major metro and varies based on Launch Potato's Levels Framework. Your compensation package includes a base salary, profit-sharing bonus, and competitive benefits. Launch Potato is a performance-driven company, which means once you are hired, future increases will be based on company and personal performance, not annual cost of living adjustments.
