3092471 \n\n\nSchedule \n\nShift : Day 3x12-Hour (06 : 30 - 19 : 00)\n\nWork Days : Friday, Saturday, Sunday\n\n\nKey Requirements & Experience : \n\nExperience : Minimum 3 years of experience is required (no first-timers or new graduates).\n\nTravel Experience : Required.\n\nLicensure : Tennessee License is REQUIRED (pending license is NOT accepted).\n\nCertifications (One of the following is required) : ASCP-MLT, ASCP-MLS, AMT-MLT, or AMT-MLS.\n\nCharting System : Experience with Cerner is REQUIRED.\n\nCore Skills : Strong experience in Hematology and Chemistry is REQUIRED.\n\nInstrumentation Experience (REQUIRED) : Chemistry : Roche Cobas instrumentation.\n\nHematology : Sysmex XM Series instrumentation.\n\nBlood Bank Experience (MUST HAVE) : Experience with type and screens, antibody ID, antigen typing, DAT, cord blood, thorough tube and gel knowledge, emergency release, MTP, and working independently.\n\nAdditional Job Details : \n\nFloat Required : Yes. Will alternate departments (Hematology, Chemistry, etc.).\n\nPatient Age Groups : Not specified.\n\nDaily Census : 180 (for the Unit).\n\nVaccine Requirements : COVID-19 Vaccine : Required (Medical / Religious Exemptions Only).\n\nFlu Vaccine : Required (Medical / Religious Exemptions and Declinations Allowed).\n\nDuties Note : TECH WILL WORK IN 2-3 DEPARTMENTS. NO PHLEBOTOMY DUTIES.
