Accountabilities

• Collaborate with product teams to develop and enhance IP solutions in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Write technical design documentation, perform configuration, testing, deployment, and code reviews.
• Build strong, long-term client relationships that expand solution adoption and service engagement.
• Continuously stay current with the latest technologies and Microsoft releases to drive innovation.
• Foster a collaborative and knowledge-sharing team environment, including mentoring, lunch-and-learns, and public-facing presentations.
• Track key performance metrics, including client satisfaction, development standards adherence, and project roadmaps.
