OFSE - Transformation FP&A

Key Responsibilities

• Lead FP&A Process for Transformation Initiatives : Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for FP&A transformation, focusing on process improvement, automation, and technology adoption (e.g., ERP, planning, and reporting tools).
• System Implementation & Optimization : Manage large-scale programs across the business segment, ensuring seamless integration and data integrity. Oversee testing, validation, and deployment including but not limited to .
• Process Standardization : Design and implement standardized FP&A processes for OFSE's PMO team, including KPIs, shared financial services models, SLAs, and KPIs to drive efficiency and consistency
• Business Partnering : Collaborate with senior leadership and business partners to translate business strategy into actionable financial plans and predictive solutions.
• Change Management : Lead change management efforts, including training, documentation, and stakeholder engagement to ensure successful adoption of new processes.
• Continuous Improvement : Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in transformation, including progression of OFSE productivity delivery.
