Job Title : Sr. Field Application Engineer - HiRel / Mil / Aero Focus

Location : Greater Phoenix Area, Arizona, Colorado, Utah, California

Position Overview :

Everspin Technologies is seeking a proactive, outbound-focused Field Application Engineer (FAE) to drive technical engagement and revenue growth for our high reliability product families. This role is centered on strategic outreach to top-tier HiRel, Military, and Aerospace primes and contractors across the USA and Canada, with future expansion into European security markets.

While not a sales role in title, the ideal candidate will possess a strong sales mindset-identifying, initiating, and nurturing high-value technical engagements that lead to design wins and long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities :

• Strategic Engagement : Proactively identify and pursue the top key customer opportunities across North America, focusing on primes and contractors.
• Technical Leadership : Serve as the primary technical interface for customers, providing deep product knowledge, application support, and design guidance for Everspin's high reliability product family.
• Outbound Focus : Initiate contact with target accounts, drive technical discussions, and uncover new opportunities through field visits, calls, and virtual meetings.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and Engineering to align customer needs with Everspin's roadmap and capabilities. Drive internal opportunity plans and pipeline management to ensure high conversion of Top Opportunities

Work closely with internal team to ensure all required product support documentation, application notes, devcie modlels and referecne platfroms are availbe for product launches.

Qualifications :

Understanding of FPGA NVM boot device requirements with respect to read and write speed for configuration updates.
