ORTHODONTIC PATIENT CARE COORDINATOR : YOUR ROLE

With a positive and professional demeanor, you warmly greet new patients during their initial exams, alleviating any concerns and answering their questions. After the exam, you review treatment fees, explain procedures, and encourage them to commit to their treatment plans, fostering trust and turning new patients into loyal clients. By efficiently managing our appointment schedule and providing outstanding customer service through prompt responses to inquiries, you create a welcoming atmosphere that makes patients feel valued.
