Job descriptionEvening close position by 9 pm (or later in some restaurant locations) Extremely dependable, punctual Ability to multi-task with minimal supervision Strong decision-making skills Prepare, bake, and set up for next day, daily restaurant operations Clean, breakdown, stock, organize and prepare and maintain all stations and guest service areas Be a punctual, responsible for signing in and out for each shift, arrange coverage for missed shifts Focus on 100% Guest Satisfaction through exceptional service Know and adhere to all company policies and procedures Responsible for food production, preparation and safety; guest service, store cleanliness and organization Participation in store level preventative maintenance of all equipment and machines Must be 16 years of age or older Desire to be a positive team member with integrity; strong work ethic; ability to multi-task Excellent interpersonal skills to provide the highest level of customer service Strong communication skills Ability to lift up to 50lbs; Work in repetative motions and be able to stand for extended periods of time You are applying for work with a franchisee of Dunkin' Donuts not Dunkin' Brands, Inc. or any of its affiliates.
