About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Business Development with a focus on HR Tech Staffing. The successful candidate will be tasked with creating and executing a robust sales strategy that is in line with the company's objectives and market opportunities. This senior leadership role demands a proven track record in HR technology sales, particularly in the areas of payroll and staffing services, and the ability to secure C-level meetings. The VP will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building and nurturing client relationships, and leading a team to meet and exceed sales targets.
Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 10 years of sales experience in HR technology or related fields. A strong understanding of HR tech solutions, EOR / staffing, and workforce management software is essential. The role requires an individual with excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, who is a strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making. The VP will also be expected to have a proven ability to build new lead funnels, conduct market research, and work closely with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns. The ideal candidate will be adept at overseeing the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting, and tracking key performance metrics, and will be able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
