This position will be a hybrid work arrangement, which translates to 2-3 days minimum per week in the office.
HarbourVest is seeking a VP, Product Manager Institutional CRM to optimize the use of Salesforce to support the institutional business. This includes articulating the vision, business capabilities, and driving the right process model and CRM solutions that optimize user workflows, enhance the client experience, and improve operational efficiency. This role will be accountable for incorporating the feedback and needs of stakeholders across the business.
The candidate understands investor needs, has extensive CRM and Salesforce experience, and has a command of the various touchpoints across the private market investment lifecycle. This person is passionate about building technology-enabled solutions that provide value to clients and business partners.
The role will report into the SVP, Commercial Operations.
