Shift : Nights | 12-hour shifts | 36 hours / week guaranteed

Weekend Requirement : Every Other Weekend

Unit Overview :

This Medical Oncology unit cares for patients with cancer diagnoses, step-down level acuity, and general medical overflow. RNs should possess foundational oncology knowledge and be adept at managing complex medical needs with empathy and precision.

Key Responsibilities :

• Deliver direct nursing care : assessments, medications, interventions, and responding to call lights / alarms
• Evaluate and update treatment plans in coordination with interdisciplinary teams
• Execute and follow up on provider orders accurately and efficiently
• Maintain high standards of documentation and patient-centered care
