Junior Analyst

The Junior Analyst will collaborate closely with Project Management and facilitate all aspects of program support. This position will require flexibility, a willingness to learn and perfect new and changing requirements, and the ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Work as part of a team to support Project Management, Change Management, Business Process Re-engineering Planning and Business Case Analysis, Meeting Facilitation, and Concepts of Operations Plans Development
• Assist in the development, preparation, editing, collection, and dissemination of briefings, agendas, meeting minutes / summaries, reports, and presentations
• Conduct research and reviews of topic areas to provide up-to-date information to stakeholders when needed
• Promote transparency and responsiveness to Military Health System (MHS) stakeholders through effective communication, professional etiquette, and problem-solving skills
• Identify opportunities for improvement to MHS Governance and / or team processes and drive implementation
• Engage clients to track progress made on various clinical, business, and manpower / personnel projects; report potential issues / risks; and identify impact to clients initiatives
• Support processes using metrics to assess various activities
• Provide visualizations and dashboard tools support
• Collaborate with project managers and team members in program planning, tracking, analysis, and reporting
• Provide input and report on monthly and quarterly data, as directed by client
• Other duties, as assigned
