Regional Managing Director – Retirement Solutions (West)

We’re looking for a Regional Managing Director to lead overall sales in the Core segment for our West Coast Region team.

What You’ll Do

• Leadership, Coaching & Performance Management.
• Regional planning and sales activity management.
• Collaborate with other sales regions, service teams, and market intelligence.
• Manage a heavy incentive component in addition to base salary.

Compensation

This position offers a competitive compensation package consisting of a base salary of $190,000 per year with incentive earnings based on performance metrics.

Benefits

Flexible Time Off (FTO) is provided to salaried (exempt) employees. No accrued bank of time off under FTO; days are not specified.

Pension

Eligible for company pension program.

Location

This role requires the candidate be located in the West territory or be able to relocate within three months.
