The services available to customers include emergency response, construction services, catastrophe response, contents restoration, environmental services, fire & smoke damage, and water damage repair. Our Emergency Response teams are available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year using the most up-to-date technologies and is proud to employ quality professionals with superior skills and certifications. Our team is fully insured, licensed, and is registered to do business in Tennessee and Alabama. Responsibilities

• Set and manage client expectations
• Manage all subcontractors and vendors according to the project schedule
• Oversee material delivery
• Develop and maintain successful relationships with project team, subcontractors, and homeowners.
• Verify that quality of each phase of finished work exceeds company standards and homeowner expectations
• Coordinate with all project personnel to provide a safe jobsite per OSHA requirements and according to Apex Restoration DKI policy and procedures
• Maintain and post all documentation in accordance with company policies
• Daily communications by phone and email with project team and homeowners
