Nurse Case Manager

Job Description

The RN Case Manager (Assisted Living) is responsible for supervising the day-to-day activities of the assigned nursing station(s). The RN Case Manger is responsible for the coordination, planning implementing, and evaluating the nursing services provided to each resident on a 24-hour basis.

SCHEDULE : M-F 8 : 00 AM-4 : 30 PM and Every other Weekend

• On Call Rotation (Flexible start time)

SALARY : $90,000-$100,000 annually, commensurate with experience
