• Oversee renewal cycle for existing accounts, target new business and lead interactions for new business capture.
• Manage staff and senior underwriters, ensure work is accurate, appropriate, and consistent.
• Lead interactions with key clients in the existing book of business and join and support meetings with targeted potential clients.
• Act as the regional lead for the company, report directly to executive management. Requirements :
• 15+ years underwriting Contract Surety risk and track record successfully leading and developing a team of underwriters.
• Knowledge of Contract Surety coverage for : Bid Bonds, Performance Bonds, Payment Bonds, Maintenance Bonds, etc. Excellent compensation package with generous compensation and bonus opportunities to $250,000.
