Position Overview

NLC's Training Specialists uphold the integrity of our educational methods, curriculum standards, and behavior expectations, ensuring that NLC core values are being met. By acting as a mentor and continually inspiring others to excel and succeed, the individuals who fill this role ensure only "First Choice" students are introduced to all internal and external customers of our industry.

• FULL ON-SITE POSITION PROVIDING APPRENTICE-LEVEL TRAINING
• PRIMARY REPORTING LOCATION @ SUMTER UTILITIES (SUMTER, SC), W / RESPONSIBILITY TO PROVIDE COVERAGE AT NLC's YORK, SC TRAINING CENTER AS NEEDED.
• MUST RESIDE WITHIN 60-MILE RADIUS OF SUMTER, SC TRAINING LOCATION-RELOCATION ASSISTANCE AVAILABLE
• UP TO 30% TRAVEL REQUIRED WITH THIS ROLE
• $5,000 SIGNING BONUS ISSUED TO NEW HIRES WHO ARE FLUENT IN SPANISH + ADDITIONAL INCENTIVES AVAILABLE FOR SPANISH SPEAKING ASSIGNMENTS
