Key Responsibilities :

Deliver personalized 1 : 1 ABA therapy to children in various settings such as home, school, or clinic.

Implement and follow treatment plans crafted by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).

Track, collect, and document data on client progress effectively.

Work collaboratively with families and team members to support client success.

Ensure a safe and positive therapeutic environment during sessions.

Location : New Jersey

Skills and Qualifications :

Must possess or be willing to earn Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.

High School Diploma or equivalent is required; some college experience is preferred.

Previous involvement in ABA therapy or experience working with children is beneficial but not mandatory.

Ability to successfully pass a background check.

Reliable transportation and a willingness to travel within the local area.
