A company is looking for a Director of Loan Operations.

Key Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day business operations, ensuring alignment with goals and SLAs

Identify process gaps and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity

Conduct training and support long-term growth within the operations team

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or related field

5-7+ years of experience in commercial loan operations or business lending

At least 3 years of experience managing teams in India

Moderate to advanced level Excel knowledge required

Proven leadership skills and ability to motivate team members
